This is how we work.
Lots of early mornings, long days, hands-on work, and moving parts. No two days are ever going to look the same, but we approach each day with the same optimistic lens. No matter what is ahead of our team, we know the only way through is together.Our team supports events throughout the Nashville area and occasionally across the Southeast, opening the door to travel opportunities for those interested and capable. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. Events can be a fun space, but only after the job is taken care of.
How to work for us.
Brand Activation Staff (Consumer-Facing)
You’ll represent client brands on site - interacting with attendees, managing branded environments, and helping ensure the activation looks and feels right.
Event Operations Crew (Behind the Scenes)
You’ll support logistics, transportation, setup, teardown, and general event operations. This role is less customer-facing and more focused on execution.
This is what a typical day looks like.
A typical shift may include loading a box trailer with branded assets like bars, tents, tables, signage, umbrellas, or coolers. You’ll help transport these items to a bar, festival, activation, or event site, set everything up to look clean and professional, and later return to break it down, clean it, and store it properly.
Some projects also involve building custom assets for client campaigns. If you enjoy woodworking, metalworking, fabrication, or creative problem solving, there’s room for that skillset here too.
This is what we expect.
A strong MDNT team member must be able to:
- Work well with a team and communicate clearly
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Safely operate a hand truck or dolly
- Pay attention to details - the small things matter
- Move and carry equipment across different surfaces (grass,
- gravel, pavement, indoors and outdoors)
Reliability, attitude, and communication matter more to us than having a perfect resume.
Do you need experience?
No experience is required. We’re happy to train the right people.That said, experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Event production or live events
- Music or entertainment industry
- Beverage or hospitality industry
- Driving pickup trucks and trailers
- Forklift operation
- Power tools, woodworking, or fabrication
If you don’t have experience but you’re dependable and willing to learn, we still want to hear from you.
Compensation & growth opportunities.
- Starting pay: $22–$26/hour, depending on experience
- Opportunities for larger production roles on shows, festivals, and major events
- Potential travel opportunities for those interested
- Long-term growth opportunities as MDNT continues to expand
This is primarily part-time, contract-based work, with the potential for more consistent or full-time opportunities as the company grows.
