Overview

MDNT partnered with two emerging Nashville CPG brands to create a scalable, founder-free activation that drove both brand awareness and direct sales. The Daily Breakfast Club was a concept designed and executed by MDNT to bundle complementary products into a recurring farmers market experience.

The Challenge

  • Limited brand awareness and early-stage distribution
  • Founders unavailable for on-site execution
  • Need to generate point-of-sale revenue to justify activation investment

The Approach

  • Designed and launched the Daily Breakfast Club concept, bundling coffee and bagels for weekly purchase
  • Leveraged the recurring nature of the farmers market to build habitual consumer behavior
  • Deployed a consumer activation team using a “question of the day” to drive engagement and sampling

The Outcome

Both brands gained exposure to a new local consumer base, generated direct sales, and captured valuable product feedback through consistent, conversation-led sampling and engagement.
