Nightlight Movie Series partnered with MDNT as its local event operations team to execute a multi-event outdoor film series in Nashville. With event ownership based outside the market, MDNT was contracted to manage end-to-end on-site operations and logistics to ensure consistent execution across the full summer run.

        - Day-of setup, live event management, and same-day loadout executed in two shifts

By acting as Nightlight’s local execution team, MDNT enabled the event owners to scale their Nashville presence with confidence while maintaining operational standards across every event.
