Overview
Patrón partnered with MDNT to streamline field marketing logistics and execution, allowing its sales team to stay focused on selling while maintaining a consistent, elevated brand presence at events in Middle Tennessee. MDNT operates as an ongoing extension of Patrón’s field team, owning storage, logistics, and on-site execution.
The Challenge

- Established year-long storage and asset management at MDNT’s Nashville facility
- Developed a standardized rate sheet to simplify planning and deployment
- Managed six+ activations during the second half of the year, in bars, at celebrations and golf tournaments
The Outcome
By offloading logistics and execution to MDNT, Patrón’s sales team remained in market while key partners received elevated event support. The engagement created a scalable, repeatable model for field marketing without increasing internal operational burden.
