Overview
As Red Bull produced its second consecutive Jukebox event in Nashville, MDNT partnered with the brand to support both pre-event promotion and show-day execution amid reduced local headcount. MDNT augmented Red Bull’s internal team to deliver a cohesive, premium brand experience from promotion through live event.
The Challenge
- Reduced local staffing compared to the prior year
- Complex logistics spanning pre-event promotion and in-venue branding
- Strict adherence to global brand standards due to elevated internal hospitality
The Approach
- Independently managed a traveling event promotion activation sampling product and promotional materials leading up to the event
- Coordinated logistics, placement, product management, and consumer engagement alongside Red Bull’s internal team
- Provided third-party logistics and managed placement of 15+ branded elements within the event venue
The Outcome
MDNT supported a coordinated promotional campaign reaching more than 500 consumers in person and delivered a polished show-day experience aligned with global brand standards and strategic priorities.
